Bag and Gate Restriction Announcement

Bag size and Gate Restrictions
As a school district, the safety and welfare of our students, staff, and visitors to our schools and facilities is our highest priority. In order to maintain a safe environment for all members of the Berwick community, we have decided to take additional security measures at the Crispin Field Stadium.
This procedure is effective immediately however will NOT be strictly enforced during the September 29th home football game. This game will serve as an opportunity to provide further notification and instruction to all attendees. Strict enforcement will begin on October 13th -VS- Danville.
In addition to visual inspections, all guests to the Crispin Field Stadium will be subject to a bag check before entering the facility for football games and other events. Following this new procedure, the District will restrict the size and type of bags permitted into the Crispin Field Stadium.
To expedite entry
One clear bag per person. No larger than 12" x 6" x 12". A one-gallon clear freezer bag (Ziploc or similar) is acceptable as meeting this requirement.
OR
One small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5" x 4.5", with or without a strap.
Additional Information
Exceptions for Essential Bags: To accommodate essential needs, exceptions will be made by security personnel at their discretion for medical bags, diaper bags when accompanied by an age-appropriate child, and small, single-compartment clutches no larger than 6.5” X 4.5” inches. These bags will be subject to inspection upon entry.
Enhanced Security Measures: All bags, regardless of size, will be subject to thorough security inspections to ensure the safety of all attendees. The enhanced security measures align with our commitment to providing a secure environment for all guests.
Media personnel, photographers, student-athletes, athletic staff, trainers, band members, and band staff may bring bags subject to inspection before entry.
Clothing, blankets, cameras, and cell phones will be permitted if carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.
Seat cushions will be permitted but must not exceed 18 inches wide and cannot contain pockets, zippers or concealable areas.
There are no provisions to leave or check items at the gates. Fans will be asked to take prohibited items back to their vehicle.
Stadium gates open 6
0 minutes prior to the start of each home game. Please give yourself time to park and proceed through the bag check.
Any patron who leaves the field at any time and wishes to re-enter will need to repay to enter the field at full price (Including halftime).
The Mulberry St and Vine Street gates will collect admission until the end of the game.
The Northeast Parking Lot gate will be used for exit only during the duration of the game.
