On Wednesday night, the Berwick Varsity Swim Team & the Berwick Swim Club held a fun night & donation drive. Together, we received over 300 items to be donated to Beyond Violence & The Hope Center.

The Berwick Area School District will hold a Special Board meeting on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 7:00pm. This meeting will be held at 500 Line Street, Berwick, PA 18603 in the Administration Board Room.

Our Comprehensive Planning Steering Committee (which includes students, parents, community members, teachers, administration, and other district staff members) has been working hard to draft a revised vision statement for the Berwick Area School District. Based on the committee's collaboration, three options have been generated. We are now seeking your feedback! Please take time to provide your input through the provided Google Form. Ty'Meere Wilkerson was recently named the Wyoming Valley Conference Division 2 Offensive Player of the Year by NPF Sports Network. This award was voted on by league head coaches and NPF sports writers. Ty'Meere (Class of 2026) finished the season with 130 carries for 1,425 yards (10.96 yards per carry) and 16 TDs; and 11 receptions for 87 yards and 1 TD.

The Berwick Area School District will hold its combined Reorganization, Committee of the Whole, and Board Meeting on Monday, December 2, 2024. The Reorganization and Committee of the Whole will be at 6:00pm and the Board Meeting will follow at 7:00pm.
Berwick High School Student Council Representatives recently purchased and distributed over 80 blankets to the children at the Columbia County Head Start program for Christmas.
Some of our High School students got to tour Bridges to the Future/Camp STEAM for a field trip to Volumetrics Building Companies yesterday.
Mark Hauck offers students the access to attend 8 sessions of Career Awareness and Acquisition training through online and interactive ways.
First grade students from Mrs. Bailey and Mrs. Rupp’s classes at EBE recently traveled to Columbia Montour AVTS to participate in activities culminating their classroom CKLA Unit on the Human Body. First grade students were able to experience hands-on activities pertaining to the different systems of the body and ways to keep our bodies healthy. These activities were facilitated by the health professions students.

The Berwick Area Senior High School Administration, along with BHS Student Council, will host the annual Senior Citizens' Thanksgiving Dinner. The dinner will be held in the Berwick High School cafeteria on Wednesday, November 20th, from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. Tickets will be available one day only - Monday, November 11th, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Senior High School. You must be 65 or older and reside within the Berwick Area School District. Berwick Pool Updated Hours!
We need to alter the open swim hours at the pool to accommodate both teams' practice/meet schedules.
Adult swim will remain 6:00-7:00am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Evening open swims: Tuesday and Friday from 5:30-7:00pm.

Monday Mornings Principal Spotlight: Mr. Dave Robbins
Dave Robbins has been dedicated to education since 2002, starting his career as a secondary English teacher. After seven years in the classroom, he transitioned into administration in 2009, serving as an assistant principal at Wyoming Valley West. His journey with Berwick Area School District began shortly after, where he held assistant principal roles at both the middle school and high school levels. In 2021, Dave became the principal for our 7th and 8th grades, and he currently leads as the middle school principal.
His leadership and commitment to our students and staff make him a vital part of our community.
